Where We Ship

We currently ship within the UK. For international inquiries, please contact us directly—we’re happy to explore gentle ways to share our products further afield.

Processing Times

Orders are typically dispatched the next day. During peak seasonal periods, we offer a 24-hour tracked dispatch service, free on orders over £30.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Our options:

• Standard UK Shipping: 2–4 business days via Royal Mail or courier service, tracked where possible

• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days, available at extra cost

• Free Shipping: Standard (2–4 days) on orders over £30

• Seasonal 24-Hour Tracked Dispatch: Free on orders over £30 during seasonal promotions

We use Royal Mail for most deliveries. We use recyclable, minimal packaging wherever possible, with a touch of rustic charm. If your order is a gift, let us know—we’ll include a handwritten note.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). While delivery times may vary, most UK orders arrive within 2–4 business days for standard shipping, or 1–3 business days for express delivery.
